The service was great and the food was brilliant.

The room was very pretty with central heating, multi-channel TV, and coffee/tea makers.

The rooms with a big comfy bed. Paid US$ 71. Favourable setting, really close to the Basingstoke, and lovely pub.

great base for exploring parks and local attractions

I enjoyed friendly staff and a nice shower , and being almost 3 km from Sandford Springs Golf Club provided a perfect walking spot for my city strolls and park views.

The units are newly decorated, compact.

The food and beer were excellent, and the staff were super friendly. We really enjoyed the cozy log fire on a chilly autumn night. Sharon has done an amazing job since taking over. The rooms were warm, comfortable, and clean.

Spacious bedroom.

I came here with my family members. The location was unbeatable - close enough to the pub, the lovely garden, and Southampton port. It also was in beautiful surroundings. The rooms were light, amazing, and the beds were very comfy.

Ideal for a solo traveler

The owner, Lauren, greeted me like an old friend. She even remembered my name and made sure to ask about my work, a nice personal touch, really. The food was simple yet delicious, everything cooked perfectly, just what I needed after a long day.

It wasn't cheap, perhaps a bit on the pricey side for a solo stay, though still reasonable.

Lovely stay in a cozy spot

We had a fab night! The staff was super friendly, especially the young girl who took care of us. The room was neat and comfy. The shower was really nice. The best part? The food was amazing! That Italian special linguine was a must-try. Just wish the bed wasn't two mattresses together. Felt a bit weird.
